Soulless Core by James Eagalwulf Chorus I feel both deprived and hollow, My eyes both cry a stream of sorrow, Yet something inside my murky mirror - Looks back with a soul I know and figure - Must be the incredible gift within, My strength and sacrifice from sin, My light and escape throughout the war, My answer to this soulless core. Verse One I emptily stare through the paranoid eyes of my parallel self, Touching the glass for a soul I cannot grasp, Though it equally reaches back and holds, intact, The same emotion, except lacking physical components, Uncertainty breathes insidiously like disease, As I wonder, despite my head's turn, has its watchful eyes adjourned, I glance back and contemplatively ponder, I feel your soul and grow fonder, Although inside I am painfully empty, I know, from the sight eyes present me, You are proudly alive, biding suspenseful time, The clock hands dance and entwine - In miraculous motion, repetitively ticking, The world warps and immensely contorts, Every space turns black, you stare back - From the core, I cannot be soulless anymore. Chorus I feel both deprived and hollow, My eyes both cry a stream of sorrow, Yet something inside my murky mirror - Looks back with a soul I know and figure - Must be the incredible gift within, My strength and sacrifice from sin, My light and escape throughout the war, My answer to this soulless core. Verse Two Hearts can divide as our minds collide, But I can survive, thus I'm alive - This hour, sharing my intricate power, Bearing your slandering shower, Growing like a flower through dirt, It's my metamorphosis, despite hurt, Calling enlightenment, shine my entitlement, Spirit of mine, never resist, Your gift is especially accepted, In depth sights, supreme, are protected - Essentially so by your golden wings, Majestically soaring amongst kings, where celestially - You proudly incorporate truth and wonder, Counting the clock to awake, from slumber - One being - your physical equivalent, Soon to escape his predicament. Chorus I feel both deprived and hollow, My eyes both cry a stream of sorrow, Yet something inside my murky mirror - Looks back with a soul I know and figure - Must be the incredible gift within, My strength and sacrifice from sin, My light and escape throughout the war, My answer to this soulless core. cruel 03:53
Cruel by James Eagalwulf Verse One Darkness consumes light, take another felonious bite, Invite your victimised crime to dinner tonight, Let the world starve, machetes of poverty carve, Improperly scarred, so we still bleed fluid hard, Suicide is no misdemeanour, But it doesn’t clean Earth, nor redeem, either, Rather than help, you yelp and display hatred, Kick a broke soul, weeping on the ache painted, A lost cause lures death’s claws, The day’s heavy weight pulls ‘til your breath’s paused, Little children grow in an adult’s saga, Forgetting play time, caught within revolt’s drama, Cults and groups devise methodical tactics, Brainwashing more youths than stacked troops are forced active, Through pre-organised plans we are all fooled, We are made slaves, following the grave’s hoard. Chorus - Because the world is cruel to me - Because the world is cruel to we, - Because the world is cruel to you, - Because the world is cruel to me too. Verse Two Held back potentials swell, lacking credentials, Proof hides, triggering mines, cracking utensils, Cutting up particular parts of bruised bodies’ hearts, Defuse pain, execute a soothing in the brain, Asphyxia lurks and suffocates ‘til your hate jerks, Yelling, “It hurts.” Replace quirks, turning berserk, Materialism is gold for Capitalism, The surrogate of innate greed traps you, imprisoned, Some criticism is appalling, Opinionated bickering resulting in a body falling - Is unacceptable, the rest of you with better thoughts, Fight discrimination to death, and never halt, But ultimately, living and dying in unforgiving pain - Is bad enough without the thought of being born again, If there’s a hell then it’s surely walking over grain, Imagine a heaven when living this, call us insane. Chorus - Because the world is cruel to me - Because the world is cruel to we, - Because the world is cruel to you, - Because the world is cruel to me too. Verse Three The bleak circle of rain that falls over me - Assures me a smile is not found locally, But hopefully soon the cruelty disintegrates, Replace insinuating debates with better fates, The lost magnitude of gratitude is buried dead, The attitude you once held burrowed to your head, I hear yelling from a felon telling us to follow, I keep dwelling on the sorrow but I’ll still meet tomorrow. Chorus - Because the world is cruel to me - Because the world is cruel to we, - Because the world is cruel to you, - Because the world is cruel to me too. puppets 04:14
Puppets by James Eagalwulf Verse One Fuck your dynasty - violently, Ministries, misery, visibly trying me, Fuck your efforts and methods, I’m plucking your feathers and burning these tethers, Don’t ever underestimate my complicated tangles, To compensate, for my sake, I will fight and strangle - Every readily becoming bitch (leashed dog), every user, Whoever saw me taste tears - hastily refused to - Admit their inexcusable acts, denying all evident facts, Perhaps, the world is best to collapse, Devilish followers, borrowers, hollow, will burrow - To borrow a heart for tomorrow, But sorrow is left, glowing distinctly, It’s followed and kept, flowing, so link me - Away from disastrous motion, go fuck it, I’m cutting my strings away from you puppets. Chorus I’m tugged, I’m turned, I’m dropped, I’m burned, When will the world learn, this is not my concern, It’s the strings, the wires, the manipulative walking by us, The fires, they scorch, they burn like the words of liars, Like my soul inside me, like my hope so slightly, Light the night, remind me how I shine so brightly, I am leaving pieces of the chessboard leeches, I don’t care who preaches, I‘m no puppet. Verse Two Pseudonymous tracks splatter on the golden ladder, Everybody grabs steps and stagger to find matter, Impossible greed screams, weeping the liquid of fiends, Wicked are kings, queens, typically your self proclaimed dreams, Dangling strings of pawns, has the camera’s eye got me? Illuminati are sipping beers with the devil on coffee, Just to keep a record on copy of our consumption, 24/7 - observing our distraught dysfunction, Wobbled and swayed, thrown to the cobble and pave, A probable wave approaches our intolerable grave, Running with muttering skeletons, lacking the flesh, Slaughtering veterans, the measurement you’re falling is depths - Deeper than worlds beneath the dead’s abode, heads are cold, Yelling let us go, but the puppeteer will never, though, So, unless you ever show something extraordinary, Dare we call it courage, I’ll make the strings pull heavy, while - Chorus I’m tugged, I’m turned, I’m dropped, I’m burned, When will the world learn, this is not my concern, It’s the strings, the wires, the manipulative walking by us, The fires, they scorch, they burn like the words of liars, Like my soul inside me, like my hope so slightly, Light the night, remind me how I shine so brightly, I am leaving pieces of the chessboard leeches, I don’t care who preaches, I‘m no puppet. Verse Three Statistically I’m marvellous but man would never harbour us - Philosophical types with more fight, whatever drama does - I conquer, develop sacred sanctuary spaces, Behemoths are approaching these imaginary faces - With death wishes, are you witches prepared to die, I think your heart’s delicious, I’m growing vicious - spit in your eye, Poison burns you, with not a cure to yearn to, Oh, how the table’s turn, so foul, hate returns through - Your jagged snapped spine, think you’ll ever crack mine? Wires, through my wrists, slit, leaking out my body’s wine, Reaching up I yank chords, falling from a bloody grasp, Lurking through the dark to seek light, walking muddy grass, Black spirits pass, singing melodies of lifeless demons, But I’ll bury you in lakes of mass angels - screaming, Hereditary is death, already came as I slept shaking, Your hooks no longer hold me, I’m the error you kept making. Chorus I’m tugged, I’m turned, I’m dropped, I’m burned, When will the world learn, this is not my concern, It’s the strings, the wires, the manipulative walking by us, The fires, they scorch, they burn like the words of liars, Like my soul inside me, like my hope so slightly, Light the night, remind me how I shine so brightly, I am leaving pieces of the chessboard leeches, I don’t care who preaches, I‘m no puppet. awakening 04:29
Awakening by James Eagalwulf 3rd April 2010 Awakening are my eyes after soulless centuries, The serenading song of a soulful muse sings softly, Surfacing is my fluidity from Poseidon's dreary depths, Reflecting not but two longing, triumphant blue oculars, Return thy poignant taste, ravening and succulent, A sensual embrace has replaced thy senseless touch, Again thou entwine with the sacred and sacrificial, Prosperous from the bewildering darkness, thou stand, Draped in weeping gold, the symbolist king lets glory flood, Through the black it weaves to become anew and attainable, Share thy guiding wisdom and flourish thy legions, Together the triumphant will unite the similarly divided, Lustful is life like the alluring song of Sirens, Bittersweet melancholy, satanic and defying, Contrast the emotion to which I've gloriously awoken, Protruding from a grave are the fingers I'm extending. My Day to Chill by James Eagalwulf Verse One Today’s my day to chill, the world’s on my back as always, All eyes are on me like an inauguration, Judging on the visual, yelling calls to Satan, I can’t take hating sometimes, it’s so deflating, You’re treating unforgivably, sick with stupidity, Although I’m magnanimous, you still keep visually - Attacking both verbally and physically - stop! Your misery is merely but a prop in hell’s shop, Don’t apply it to my lifestyle, think like a bright child, Calculate the facts - I don’t want to fight right now, Sun rays only remain for tame days like this, When I’m officially opposed not the slightest, So like a miracle, I’ll casually lounge, feel invincible, Oh so chilled, take the thought that I’m giving you, Kick a similar feel, close your eyes and just chill. Chorus Close both eyes, today’s the day, Let’s chill and persuade the pain away, Let’s place prone problems far aside, Our day to evade and chill’s arrived, So close both eyes, today’s the day, Let’s chill and persuade the pain away, Let’s place prone problems far aside, Our day to evade and chill’s arrived. Verse Two Suppress the best of stress - not, I am no depressed, Days like this, love them like they’ve got refreshed, Detest less, heart pressed like a cardiac arrest, Suddenly but oppositely with such zest - That my life sucks less with actual progress, Factual, unless I’m hallucinating success, Who’s to guess, right now I’m emerging, Heavily relaxed, song birds over burdens, Drive side occupied, ride as the passenger, Air strokes cheeks, slope seats if you manage to, Watch the clouds pass, swoop like an hourglass - Particle, jam like a sundown barbeque, I’ve spent months frustrated - a break’s needed, Today’s time, let’s relax like the fact’s weeded, And only know one method, to chill, Can’t get enough, the whole feel is surreal. Verse Three Let the world blossom, we’ve all got sins, but won’t cross them, Today, they can stay away, lay where forgotten, Relationship issues when tissues are required - no worries, Everybody fights, though you’re feeling tired, We’re all flawed, call us naturally awkward, But tomorrow is bright, we bite, but we’re moving forward, And today we’ll all chill and take whatever comes, Stay still in this mood, let slide whatever’s done, They tell me I’m wrong, they judge like I’m never strong, They contradict, many hypocrites are keeping heat on, Who’s to blame me, everybody’s crazy, Call us all heartless, but it’s possible, maybe, It’s all love really, but let us chill, you feel me, All other days come and go and they will still be - A prone problem, whatever the path, don’t sweat them, It doesn’t matter, let’s chill, love every second. © James Eagalwulf 2009

The King with Black Wings by James Eagalwulf 5th April 2010 Fumble in the fanged faces of your undeniable fears, Broil in despair, insidiously dragged beneath them, Dancing are the hungry catacombs, urging consumption, Your tirades aside, encapsulating waves await your soul, And so they shall flood under watchful, blistering stars, Withering hearts weep not for your anticipated departure, Denied objections disintegrate with the swift winds of trial, No more shall be uttered, not even silently in a cloud of thoughts, Of devils our king has foretold amongst a thousand warnings, And arise they shall at the nightfall’s festival of your death, Haunted are the gullible souls behind your intoxicating path, Together you’ll perish, unlatched from physical hearts, Wood to which you’re nailed will burn upon your incineration, Brimstone gates to an incomprehensible underworld will unfold, A paradise of unchained evil will fall to an eternal suffering, Thus cleansing the living kingdom of a king with black wings. © James Eagalwulf 2010

Progeny of Darkness by James Eagalwulf Wednesday, 26 August 2009 I inhale deeply and hold my breath, hoping time’s progression pauses. Curtains are closed to conceal the dark, a reminder of depression’s causes. My drive to stride and strive - survive! - is curled in their hypnotic grasp. Their heads rest in a problematic harness, until, to them, I appear so heartless. False perceptions fed your fall - we fought for nothing and lost it all. Yet I breathe, regrettably - the toxic air has bled the better of me. Slow the rattling clock hands, as it applauds these walls that flock around. I’m closing in! I need a second! I’m bleeding without chance to beckon. Pray, but my shadows say this omega’s an evil - deceitful, are these? One voice suggests to rest with Satan - fallen, like I, fighting for freedom. I scream at mankind ‘til painfully hoarse, for man’s blind, disdainful to remorse. Accept your evidently foolish faults - retain your blames and the slain the stalks. Still I cry from time to time, but anger’s now so intertwined. So suppressed, I hide its climb, until insanity’s sharp fangs grind. Memories depict my paradoxical death - there’s no oxygen left! Where kept is sorrow, a progeny of darkness, I live until they forget. (c) James Eagalwulf 2009

A Thousand Words by James Eagalwulf 29th September 2009 Speak to me a thousand words, each as precise. Leave me sleeping in the wings of Christ. Tonight, my life of sacrifice ceases. Blood shall remain tied by my obedience. Speak to me a thousand words, each unemotional. Retire these memories, so meek and unsociable. Tonight, my sorrow sleeps chained to an alley. Lift to the sky a soul you can carry. Although it is said, “Our heaven is false.” Death from our kind would provide the same source. Fly through the tears of polluted clouds. The cry of her thunder is coarse and aloud. A thousand words later, we’ll embrace much silence. Doves shan’t fly, nor be replaced by tyrants. Quiet is all but a thousand words coming. Return me to Earth, once blooming and budding. (c) James Eagalwulf 2009

The Death of Me by James Eagalwulf Saturday, 8 August 2009 Bellowing, sequential tears puddle upon my resentful blood. I periodically bathe in their unanimous disgust, magnanimous with trust. However, my shadowy cynicism soon imprisons me, sporadically. My forced smile disintegrates rapidly, yet hysterically I laugh ecstatically. An abundance of the benevolent fundaments of hope dies inconspicuously. An individual whom individually suffocates is now visible to you visually. Do extrasensory capabilities form an arborescence of imagination inside me? Do my agnostic ideologies corrupt society’s abrupt images, at least slightly? Reality’s grasp unnaturally recedes, so I intensely gasp and analyse what breathes. Intuitively, I foresee myself collapse, questioning the scraps of likelihood times elapse. Labels cannot articulate my created origins, as heated as the flames I am swallowing. Fables, as mythological as my unfocused dreams, spew upon a table of hopeless screams. Manipulative lies seduce puppets of totalitarians, lost within the historical shelves of librarians. I am rambling and gambling my remaining sense, over-processing through questionable contents. Nightly, still desperately pondering, I successfully complicate a simple wondering. Effortlessly, I abuse my well being, my brain will be the death of me. © James Eagalwulf
